JOB DESCRIPTION: Conduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients. Document gathered software requirements and review the list of requirements with customer for sign-off. Design and document sound functional and technical solutions, including process flows in Lucidchart and technical customizations, based on customer requirements. Configure and test Zuora Billing, Zuora Finance, Zuora Reporting and Zuora Market place apps to meet the approved designs.Configure and test Zuora CPQ (Zuora Quotes and Zuora 360) to meet the approved Customer Acquisition flow designs. Develop/Customize the Plug-ins in Zuora Quotes to meet the Technical Requirements. Provide Consulting support on Zuora APIs for Web-Selfcare integration. Provide Consulting support on Migration of Data from customer's existing platform to Zuora. Perform testing of end-to-end solutions in conjunction with development team and customer. Create and develop training materials and conduct/deliver end-user training to customers. Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and internal stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions to support business requirements.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any related field of study plus five (5) years of experience. Will accept a Master’s plus three (3) years of experience in lieu of BS + 5. Location: McKinney, TX; Telecommuting permitted anywhere in US; HQ in Mountain View, CA. Travel up to 25% to unanticipated client sites in U.S. Two (2) years of experience with following skill set: Zuora, Salesforce, OBRM, OLDB, C/C++, SOQL, AWS, Kubernetes, Oracle Enterprise Linux, Copado required.

POSITION: SOA Consultant
JOB DESCRIPTION: Participating in various business/customer requirement analysis discussions. Modelling the customer’s billing product catalog to best meet the billing and revenue requirements. Requirement analysis and preparing Zuora customization design, and integration design with various applications in the ecosystem. Development of Zuora customization artifacts, billing and payment schedules and workflows. Designing and customizing customer invoice templates. Preparing test plan, test cases and executing the test cases. Supporting the interaction of Zuora with participating applications via its various APIs. POSITION: Senior Consultant
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assisting with requirements finalization with business Stakeholders.
- Participating in preparing Software requirements, based on Business Requirements, For Oracle's Billing and Revenue Management System (OBRM).
- Participating in preparing Architecture and High level Design – with specific focus on OBRM and all interfacing applications - Ensuring all the workflows for OBRM APIs (C/C++), Interfaces (XML/XSLT) and Java code on Oracle Fusion are addressed.
- Preparing System Test strategy and scenarios – with specific focus on OBRM and all interfacing applications; Creating automated test scenarios using Pinata and/or Cucumber/Selenium/PERL Scripting. Assist in preparation of regression test suite using these test scenarios
- Responsible for Account and Subscriptions Management that involves the following modules – Core Billing, Rating, AR, Payments, Invoicing, Taxation, and G/L.
- Preparing Detailed Design – with specific focus on assigned OBRM modules.
- Involved in Configuration and Implementation of assigned functional areas/modules of OBRM - as per Detailed Design. Implementation shall be done using C++, SQL/PL-SQL, Oracle dB and Oracle's Communication platform
- Creation of Test plan and scenarios for Functional testing of assigned OBRM modules
- Supporting Testing team through Integration and System Testing by providing timely problem analysis and bug fixes as required, and performing Upgrades, Migration and Patch deployment.
- Working on Build and environment process improvement; Assisting in Impact Analysis, POCs, Upgrade, System Test support, Deployment Support, and Inbound and Outbound Integrations with Oracle BRM;
- Supporting End to End Testing with timely triaging, configuration or code fixes for responsible modules of OBRM - Using Pinata/PERL scripting.
